"Having Trouble Reaching Support About My Issue"
I've been trying to get in touch with the staff regarding a problem I'm facing. When I attempt to reset my password, it just doesn’t work. Every time I log in, it says my email is incorrect, but I know that’s not the case. After clicking on 'forgot my password,' I enter my email, and even after changing my password, I still get the same message. Please sort this out as soon as you can. This is on the Anime Planet website.

It's awesome, but Crunchyroll doesn't offer all the anime for free, so I catch a lot of them here. The downside? There's an ad every ten minutes. I actually counted!
